Chauncey Williama: no its not legal. if your name is on her insurance card for her car then you're ok driving it. since you dont have car insurance neither of you should be driving your car because its illegal (at least it is here). when you get insurance on your car you need to put both of your names under the insurance. since she has car insurance on her car she is the only one insured for JUST her car. unless her name is under someone elses car like a family members car.

Gene Debell: By law no, you should not be driving at all. In florida, if you have no insurance, you have no license. Every car needs insurance, without that car is not allowed to be driven. By Florida state law, all car must be insured before they can go on the road, or they will be towed, and you will be fined.
