Can you get Motorcycle license without Drivers License?

Charis Deguzman: dunno we do things correctly in the U.K. ]

Porfirio Cahall: idk about NY but not in PA

Roxane Leathers: Yes. Automobile and motorcycle licenses are independent. It wouldn't be fair to make someone learn to drive a car if they may never have to drive one. All the driving rules are the same. The only differences are the mode of transport obviously and the extra safety precautions a motorcycle rider needs to take to be safe. Good luck!

Barton Sease: You do not need to have a driver's license to obtain a motorcycle license in New York.http://www.nydmv.state.ny.us/license.htm#Motorcycl...

Chet Nozick: Should be able to if you are old enough. What does the CA drivers manual say. When I did it back in the stone age, took a written test, got a permit(solo only no passengers), then took the skills test. From what I understand now the course you took at MSP eliminates the skill test, but don't quote me on that one:) Don't forget you need prop! er insurance too.
