Cherlyn Tefera: 18' to 20' for the Bay,cause amy bigger and its big to trailer but any smaller a strong current or sm.storm makes it a little scarey, a bass boat 14' to 16' is fine
Troy Monsivais: Well, to some degree, it will depend on the Bay... And the lake... Most Bay boats I see while cruising around America's Great Loop seem to be in the 21 to 23 foot range - and this is pretty much confirmed by the link below... An 18' bass boat on the other hand, is as average as it gets. Most professional Bass Pros are fishing in 17', 18', or 19' bass boats.
