Theresia Fashaw: open the start menu and type in the program name on the start search. If that does not work open up my computer and search in program files. When you find the program there should be an uninstall icon.
Cyndy Grimes: Look in the C:/Program File folder for the program. Often within the program folder there will be a file for uninstalling the program. It may be called "Uninstall". It is also common to call it "Unwise". But you may have to hunt and try the different exe/application files until you find the right one.If that fails, simply delete the folder with the program in it. This may leave an icon or two (which you can delete) and leave the program on the Start menu (again you can delete it from there) and some entries in the registry. Run a registry cleaner and it should take care of them.Or you can tell us WHAT program and we may have specific instructions for that program....Show more
