Clinton Quant: What is skinny fat?
Ayesha Genova: Go to FitnessBlender and join. It's free. Recently they have become more commercialized and you will find workouts and stuff that cost money. Its still very affordable. And there are plenty of free things for the people who don't like to pay. It has a searchable database of workouts with how-to videos. Search for something like cardio without equipment or strength training without equipment. In fact, do both. And then alternate your workouts. They even have some workouts you wouldn't normally think of, like quiet workouts. In case you don't want to wake people up. There are also meal plans so you can learn to eat healthily. You can also bypass the site and just check out their YouTube channel. If you find the site too overwhelming in their choices, maybe the best and shortest home workout is the "Scientific 7 Minute" workout. Go ahead and just google it. You will find a pdf with directions, youtube videos, and even! apps. Below, Iâve provided you with a link to my favorite youtube video at the bottom. this is a lot harder than it looks. but if you think its too easy - do it twice. If itâs too hard, and you canât finish, thatâs OK, just try again in a few days. Another suggestion is the âMenâs Health 3 Moves 300 Muscles Workoutâ. It's a 15-minute workout. Again Iâve given you a link to a youtube video. And there is a new one called the Nine-Minute Workout. No YouTube video yet. but here is the directions https://www.nytimes.com/well/guides/strength-train...You can just do one of these till you get bored and then switch to another one. Or alternate them. By the time you are bored with them you will be ready for something new. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r8cexmYOknI
