It was an act of God?

Judie Kise: "Act of God" is interchangeable with "Act of Nature", "Act of God" does not pass judgment that a superior being must exist.

Cassondra Vanholland: lol, wouldnt work. Act of god means something like a lightning strike, or tornado. Something that man has no control over. Its not anyones specific perception of God, its the perception of the ones who made the law

Rhett Kaines: the use of the term "act of God" is when it is not caused by Human and could not have been caused by Human, "God/mother nature" is deemable as floods, earthquakes, mudslides, etc, so when ur driving "you" are responsible cause possession is 9/10's the law, u were driving/hands on the wheel of motor vehicle...hope this helped :-)

Clemmie Burkleo: The courts do not recognize so-called acts of God. They do accept that somethings may be unavoidable, but mostly someone other than Him or Her is responsible.

Julieta Suleiman: Then you start "Bob's Insurance Company" Incorpora! te in Russia, and run your own rules.
